Small things ship fast. A queue item is anything that fits in a working day — most take a few hours and ship in two to three business days. Anything bigger becomes a project with a flat price you approve first.
Broken things never wait in line. Incidents have their own lane on every plan. Something being down never queues behind regular work.

Getting started
Every plan starts with a System Review ($1,500) — so we know exactly what we’re taking care of, and you get documentation worth keeping either way. Half of it credits toward your first month. Talk to us first though. It costs nothing, and sometimes the straight answer is that you don’t need a plan at all.

Yes, at any month’s end, either direction. Businesses change. Plans should keep up.
IT support — laptops, printers, passwords — is a different trade. Big builds are projects, quoted flat, run alongside your plan. And after-hours *requests* aren’t a thing on any plan — only incidents get people out of bed.
Goodwill carries forward on Care + Queue and Embedded. And the shipped list keeps us honest — if a month is thin, you’ll see it, and we’d rather have that conversation than hide it.
